I hope you've come here from a place of curiosity. Coaching is all about getting curious, asking questions, imagining "what if", and then taking that next step towards bringing those glimmers of ideas into being.

So now that you are here, poke around!

And if what you see seems to fit with what you are seeking--

reach out so that we can see what might be next.

So what,

exactly,

do you coach?

Soccer or softball? While sports are the first thing that comes to mind when we hear the word 'coach', the kind of coaching that I offer  involves not a 'what', but rather a 'who". I am energized by creating a coaching partnership with clients who are looking to get unstuck...to move forward in a new direction, or to take what they are already doing up a notch. The clients I work with as a coach are dedicated to innovating, to going deeper, and to bringing intention to their work and their lives as they navigate important issues.

In a coaching relationship, the goal is to help the person being coached unleash their potential, tap into their own wisdom, and evoke new awareness so that fresh possibilities and approaches to the challenges being faced are discovered.

As a coach, my role is not to give advice or "fix" things, but rather to use powerful questions and deep listening to help each client tap into their own expertise to find solutions, create goals, and identify systems of support and accountability to help move towards a desired outcome.

Typical coaching sessions are anywhere from 30-60 minutes and can happen via phone or video call, as well as face-to-face.

The coaching space is a safe and confidential one, governed by the code of ethics of the ICF.
